Penny Grace Knitwear is the creative vision of Helen Deely, a West London-based designer known for her fun, vibrant, and beautifully crafted accessories. Specialising in her signature striped designs, Helen creates long-lasting pieces that combine playful colour with timeless elegance.

From her home studio in Ealing, Helen meticulously designs and makes each piece using British-spun Merino lambswool, celebrated for its cashmere-like warmth and luxurious softness. She works with a hand-powered knitting machine, producing a gently felted fabric that’s denser yet still lightweight, ensuring each item is both cosy and durable. Every piece is finished by hand, a testament to her commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

Launched in 2022, Penny Grace Knitwear was born from Helen's desire to bring joy to people’s lives with her bold, colourful designs. Her collection includes wristwarmers, snoods, scarves, beanie hats, ponchos, and blankets, for both adults and children. Helen’s work is a vibrant fusion of style and practicality, adding a playful pop of colour to everyday life.

With a BA in Textile Design from Chelsea College of Art and an MA in Fashion Knitwear from the Royal College of Art, Helen’s expertise is deeply rooted in her formal training, but her designs are inspired by a desire to bring warmth, fun, and a bit of luxury to the everyday.
